Access this area directly from the home page of the Internet website to request pick-up for your goods and for simple, rapid shipment status checks (use BRT shipment number).A broader range of services is available for BRT clients with an on-line services access password.
BRT clients with a password may access a reserved area providing the following options:
- manage the data of your own shipments and print the labels
- tracking shipments (search methods: date, consignee, sender reference, delivery location)
- in-hold management and on-line specification of consignment release arrangements
- cash on delivery and payment status checks
- P.O.D. (Proof of Delivery), a display option for consignment bills signed by consignees
