In-hold procedure management

The in-hold service includes automatic notification to the senders of any delivery failure. The notification will specify the reason of the delivery fault and will ask for further instructions.

The methods adopted to manage an in-hold duration and the information exchange are highly flexible, and include the use of fax, e-mail or of other telematic means.

If the consignee is absent, the delivery procedure will be activated twice (unless otherwise agreed with the client).
