09.01.2011 - New "Notice of shipment despatch to recipient"
From 1 September BRT is making available a new "Notice of shipment despatch to recipient" service to its customers: an email generated by its own IT system and sent to shipment recipients.
The service is offered to all those who already send shipment data electronically and offers an opportunity to reduce the number of incoming telephone calls requesting information on shipments and, more generally, make better use of the resources used in the after-sales service.
In other words, an immediate saving in time and money!
