Code of Conduct
Our Code of Conduct defines the principles and rules of conduct which must inspire and guide BRT employees in their daily professional activities.
The fundamental principles and values outlined in the Code of Conduct concern respect for people and the environment, integrity of market and business activities and the protection of the resources of the organisation.
These principles and values translate into rules of behaviour which must inspire and guide the actions of each person in BRT on a daily basis in all contexts and in all business activities.

Sustainable Procurement Charter
The Sustainable Procurement Charter outlines the values and principles that BRT expects from its suppliers and service providers, with the aim of ensuring the development of a procurement standard based on ethics, sustainability, respect for human rights and the environment and corruption prevention.
These values represent fundamental principles which must represent the basis of the relationships between BRT and its suppliers and service providers, in the context of a mutual process of continuous improvement.

In BRT all stakeholders (employees and third parties) can report irregularities and/or conducts which they believe represent breaches of the values and principles defined in BRT Code of Conduct, 231 Organisational Models and/or Sustainable Procurement Charter, of applicable rules and regulations and/or of policies and procedures of BRT and/or Geopost.
BRT has implemented various reporting channels, including in particular the Safecall portal, through which alerts can be inserted freely and securely.
When submitting an alert you will be free to choose whether to reveal your identity or remain completely anonymous. In any case, all the information you share through the Safecall platform will be treated as strictly confidential and will be processed with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
