BRT Academy

A project to learn more about who we are and who we want to become.

At BRT, people have always been the driving force of the company, the differentiating element that allows us to grow and look beyond.

In 2023 the BRT Academy was born, a physical and virtual space in which professionalism, skills and experiences mix and enrich each other, a context in which to value people and talents.

The project includes an innovative program, distributed over 11 thematic areas for a total of over 200,000 course hours.

The BRT Academy includes both face-to-face and online courses:

  • The face-to-face courses are tailor-made based on everyone's role and area of ​​expertise;
  • The online courses can be used with great flexibility at any time.
