A space in which the consignee can flexibly and independently manage their shipments.
Via a single instrument it is possible to easily access a series of features: track & trace, in-flight options, Predict function, virtual assistance and delivery evaluation.

Predict and notifications
The Predict service enables consignees to change the delivery date and time, as required, even after their shipment has been dispatched. The consignee also receives shipment consignment and attempted delivery notifications via email or SMS. -

Thanks to the extensive network of collection points and lockers distributed across Italy, the consignee has lots of choice when deciding where to have their shipment delivered and greater flexibility when choosing where to collect it, thanks to the long opening hours also at the weekend.
