With BRT lockers all your shipments are at hand. Thanks to our self-service lockers you can:

collect and send your shipments;

manage returns;

choose the most convenient locker for you in stores, shopping centres and petrol stations;

make use of long opening hours, including on weekends. Lockers in outdoor areas are available 24 hours a day.

1. Tap the locker screen and select “Collect”.
2. Scan the QRCode received via email or SMS, or enter the 8-digit PIN Code received via email or SMS.
3. The door will open automatically. Remove the shipment from the slot and close the door.

2. Scan the barcode on the label you received.
3. The door will open automatically. Deposit the shipment in the indicated slot and close the door.
4. If the shipment size is not compatible with the open slot, close the slot and select “Yes, open another slot”. Then select the suitable slot size.
Useful information
For use of lockers shipments must fit the following criteria:

length side less than 50cm

20kg maximum weight
-
volume less than 0.07 m³
Multiple parcel shipments are not permitted.
