myBRT for Business was created with a clear goal: to simplify and enhance the digital experience of those who entrust their shipments to BRT every day.

The platform provides a single, centralized access point to key digital services, a new modern and intuitive interface, and a complete view of shipments, enabling companies to manage their activities more quickly, with greater awareness and in a more organized way.

myBRT for Business is part of a broader innovation journey involving processes, technologies and digital services.

A phased rollout designed to support change

To ensure the highest quality experience and tangible support at every stage, the adoption process for myBRT for Business—launched in recent weeks—will take place in a progressive and structured way, gradually involving customers and concluding by the summer.

This approach reflects BRT’s commitment to putting people and companies at the heart of change, turning digital innovation into a concrete and accessible advantage.

This method makes it possible to guide customers step by step in the transition to the new platform, providing dedicated tools and content and ensuring business continuity, with the utmost attention to the specific needs of each company.

During this transition phase, the current customer area will remain available and will be progressively phased out once the activation journey for the various clusters is completed.

With myBRT for Business, companies can rely on a truly integrated experience that simplifies every step: from creating shipments to monitoring them, through to end-to-end management. The platform enables companies to:

  • monitor the entire shipment lifecycle: from label creation to tracking, through to delivery and returns
  • have a complete overview of single-parcel and multi-parcel shipments
  • oversee and manage delivery exceptions and held shipments
  • track CO ₂ emissions for their shipments thanks to the Carbon dashboard
  • access BRT services such as EasySpedWeb, Plug & Ship and Return My Parcel with a single login

By creating a personal profile, BRT customers will also be able to associate multiple customer codes and manage them conveniently from a single access point.
