BRT strengthens its commitment to corporate social responsibility through a partnership with Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF), supporting the mobile clinics project in the Afar region of Ethiopia—one of the most fragile areas in the Horn of Africa.
BRT’s contribution is aimed at strengthening the healthcare logistics of the mobile clinics, units designed to reach communities living in conditions of severe geographical marginalization and with extremely limited access to healthcare services.
Thanks to flexible operational solutions, the clinics are able to provide primary healthcare, with particular focus on prevention, maternal and child health, and the treatment of the most widespread diseases.
In a territory marked by climate crises, food insecurity, and socio‑economic fragility, the ability to deliver care directly in the field is a decisive factor in ensuring continuity of healthcare interventions.
The collaboration between BRT and MSF stems from the shared understanding that the effectiveness of humanitarian action also depends on the strength of the logistical infrastructures that make it possible.
Through this initiative, BRT reaffirms an approach to sustainability that combines strategic expertise with tangible social impact, helping to make access to healthcare a real possibility even in the most complex contexts.
