How long have I got to request a refund?

For shipments worth €50.00 or more, within 14 days of purchase as long as the goods have not already been delivered to the place of delivery.

For shipments worth less than 50 euros, no later than the date of collection of the goods, which must take place no later than 30 days after the purchase of the service.
