How long have I got to request a refund of a shipment bought online?

As indicated in the General Conditions of Sale for online purchases, you have the right to withdraw from the contract and to request that the amounts paid to BRT be returned in the following cases:

• for shipments worth €50.00 or more, within 14 days of purchase provided that the goods have not already been delivered to the place of delivery.

• for shipments worth less than 50 euros, no later than the date of collection of the goods which must take place no later than 30 days following the purchase of the service.
