How to book a shipment

Shipping via a BRT-fermopoint is simple, below there are the steps to follow:

  1. Prepare the shipment by packing the goods you need to send. Be careful to use anonymous and well-sealed boxes and packaging. Fill out the form on the website and create your shipment. If the shipment contains valuable goods, it is advisable to take out insurance coverage.
  2. Print and affix the barcode label prominently.
  3. Deliver the shipment to the most convenient BRT-fermopoint for you. Remember to also bring the waybill for the courier and the receipt to be signed by the shopkeeper.

If you are unable to print the label, go directly to your trusted BRT-fermopoint: the shopkeeper will take care of creating the shipment for you at no extra cost.

Shipment limits and sizes

With the BRT-fermopoint service it is possible to send shipments weighing up to a maximum of 20 kg and with a maximum size of the longest side not exceeding 120 cm.

What cannot be shipped

It is absolutely forbidden to send goods such as:

  • Shipments containing live animals and exotic animals for which importation is prohibited.
  • Materials that can deteriorate, flammable or explode.
  • Objects prohibited by law such as weapons and drugs.
  • Materials for which there is a specific regulation.
  • It is not possible to send non-reproducible documents (for example the vehicle registration document).
