Shipment status data access and rapid user-friendly contacts are vitally important services requested by courier's clients.

BRT has been offering for a long time several services to meet these customer's needs.

Through this area, directly accessible from the homepage of the website, it is possible to access various services such as requesting a collection, monitoring the status of a shipment (live tracking), calculating delivery times and calculating the costs of a shipment.

BRT customers with a password can also access a reserved area and carry out the following operations:

  • calculate the cost of a shipment in advance
  • Insert shipping data, print parcel labels and the relative shipping summary (EasySped Web)
  • Request collection of a shipment (online ORM)
  • View the progress of shipments by accessing live tracking (trace shipments)
  • Modify the delivery date or address of shipments addressed to customers that have received an attempted delivery notice
  • Manage undelivered goods
  • View the status of COD consignments
  • View the signature of a shipment consignee (P.O.D. Image).
