Are there any weight or size limitations when shipping a package online?

Each time you purchase a shipment, you can only ship one package.

The weight or size restrictions vary depending on where you choose to deliver your goods.

• If you choose to ship from a pick-up point, the package must have: maximum weight of 20 kg, maximum length of 100 cm and maximum volume of 0.2 cubic meters.
• If you choose to ship from a locker, the package must have: maximum weight of 20 kg, maximum length of 50 cm and maximum volume of 0.07 cubic meters.
• Shipments weighing between 20 and 31.5 kg can only be collected and delivered at home or to a specific address. Items over 20 kg cannot be delivered to or collected from a BRT Fermopoint or locker, as they exceed the maximum allowed weight.
