The pick-up of a shipment at one of our branches can be made at the simple request of the recipient of the goods or his/her delegate. In case of delegation, the following documents will be required:

• identity document of the delegate

• identity document of the person who delegates (even in photocopy)

• delegation form (download at this link )

If the sender of the shipment has provided us with his/her contacts he will receive a communication, via e-mail or SMS, in which we will inform you of the availability of the goods for pick-up at the branch providing the address, times and contacts of our offices, and the amount of any cash on delivery to be paid.
