After the refund request has been processed, it may have one of two outcomes:
The refund request is eligible: BRT notifies the user/sender by email that the request has been accepted and that they will receive a drawing check within 30/45 days.
The refund request is NOT eligible: BRT notifies the user/sender by email that the refund request has not been accepted insofar as a) it was submitted later than the deadline set out in the general conditions (i.e. more than 30 days from the date of purchase), b) the request was submitted when the shipment had already been delivered to the place of delivery.
