If the sender has provided us with your contact details, you will receive a notification with information about the new delivery, which is usually rescheduled for the next working day. If you need to change the scheduled delivery, please access the tracking on myBRT app or on www.mybrt.it using the BRT code and entering the postal code and/or your PIN.
