myBRT becomes an app

The myBRT web portal becomes a smartphone application. The app of the Geopost group myBRT - consumer dedicated to private individuals, recipients and senders, also arrives in Italy with a new interface and a more fluid and simple user experience.

myBRT app, available in Android and iOS versions, has the same features as the web version, the novelty is the possibility to download the application and always have it to bring a click on your mobile.

From the app, users can:

  • Register and manage their own profile
  • Manage tracking and view all shipments in one screen
  • Change delivery date and place
  • Redirect shipments to a BRT-Fermopoint network pickup point, another address or in-stock
  • Search for a pick-up point, check opening/closing times, calculate the route, set a BRT-stop or locker as the preferred delivery location
  • Get help via chatbot
  • Evaluate the delivery experience

Both in the web version and in the app version, a section has also been integrated from which private senders can manage their outgoing shipments, for example those purchased through the new online shipping service.
