Several fraud attempts have occurred with the unauthorized use of the name and BRT brand by fake couriers who appear to be acting on behalf of our company.
In these cases, the alleged couriers usually contact customers by phone to inform them of changes in the collection activity and schedules.
- In case of suspicious or unusual telephone call from an alleged customer service where information about the collection is requested and/or changes to the date and time of the same are communicated, you are advised to report the incident to your sales representative and/or depot in order to verify the authenticity of the request.
- Our pick-up operators use vehicles and full clothing with BRT logo. Be wary of any alleged drivers who do not meet these requirements, such as anonymous means, without logo, or partial official BRT clothing.
We therefore urge you to pay the utmost attention and, in case of doubts or unrecognized driver, to promptly contact your company’s reference person.
